PKRWin Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Rules

To register and use PKRWin, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKRWin is strictly an adults-only platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must register using your own accurate, complete and up-to-date personal details. Providing false or misleading information at registration — including name, date of birth, contact details or payment information — is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one account on PKRWin. Duplicate accounts are not allowed under any circumstances, including registering under a different name, email address or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances voided.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate or close family member of a PKRWin employee where such use would represent a conflict of interest.
• By registering, you confirm that you are accessing PKRWin from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your location.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your PKRWin account. This includes:

• Keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential at all times. Do not share your account access with any other person.
• Notifying PKRWin support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until PKRWin is formally notified, you remain responsible for all activity on your account.
• Ensuring your contact details, including mobile number and email address, remain accurate and updated. Communication from PKRWin — including verification codes, withdrawal confirmations and bonus notifications — will be sent to your registered contact details.
• Your PKRWin account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any balance, bonus credits or VIP status to any other person.

PKRWin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion if it determines that the account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in breach of these terms. In such cases, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

PKRWin processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Deposits are credited to your PKRWin account in PKR and are available for use immediately upon confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. PKRWin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the account investigated.

Withdrawals at PKRWin are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Key withdrawal rules include:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued ID and confirmation of your registered payment method.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name, matching your PKRWin registration details. Mismatched names will result in withdrawal rejection and investigation.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed on the same working day. Raast and bank transfers may take one to three working days depending on your bank.
• PKRWin does not apply withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Any fees charged by your receiving bank or wallet provider are outside PKRWin's control.
• Any bonus funds subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• PKRWin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where identity verification has not yet been completed.

PKRWin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and seasonal offers tied to cricket fixtures such as PSL match days and T20 internationals. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each offer.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your account. Real money is wagered first. Bonus funds become active once your real money balance reaches zero.
• Free spins are valid only on the specific games designated for each offer and must be used within the stated expiry window. Unused free spins are forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being closed and balances voided.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical failure mid-session, wagers placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned. PKRWin's decision on these matters is final.
• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or external tools to interact with PKRWin games or systems. Any account found using such tools will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
• Suspected collusion between players — particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats — will be investigated and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant financial authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKRWin. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure with balance forfeiture:

• Sharing, selling or transferring your account credentials or game access to any third party.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting PKRWin support and allowing the dispute resolution process to run its course. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account closure and recovery action.

PKRWin is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to make money, resolve financial difficulties or relieve stress.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration. Taking regular breaks is an important part of healthy gaming habits.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, PKRWin's self-exclusion tool allows you to suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reactivated.
